Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth/Fossil Creek

My stay was a good one. The rooms were very clean, the front desk staff were pleasant. The only reason I didn't put 10/10 is because I did request a room to meet my needs. I have a herniated disc and requested a room on the first floor but instead was given a room at the far end of the hallway on the 3rd floor. Not going to lie, that sucked .. but I was so exhausted when I arrived I didn't have it in me to fight it.. I know that room availability is always hard when there are events going on, but I did have a friend that came with us and he ended up getting a room that was on the second floor so I can only imagine that there were rooms lower. I believe someone else checked in before us too and got a room on the first floor. My only suggestion would be to be more mindful of the notes that customers put in the system, they are important. The bed was very comfortable thought thank you.

The breakfast was very good. The omelets and assorted choices of bread, juice, etc, make for a very good breakfast.

It was convenient to everywhere we needed to go, all of the staff was super friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve experienced - it is made to order off of a menu. When I made the reservation, I saw it was free breakfast so make sure you have it included in your stay or you will pay for everything.

The chef/cook was the most pleasant and personable person there. He was super friendly, kind, and a great all around guy to have representing the hotel. He seemed to enjoy his job and was happy to be there to assist the patrons.
